MORE ABOUT ME Originally from the heart of "Cajun Country", Opelousas, LA. I have called Virginia Beach home since 1991. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities centered around school, church and school athletics. I married Mark in 2005, who is currently serving as a Naval Officer at Naval Base Norfolk. I am a proud stepmother to Hunter, who is 8. When I am not selling real estate, you will find me spending time with my family on our boat, traveling, or watching my stepson play either baseball or soccer with the local youth league. I take pride in volunteering as a Team Mom and helping coordinate various events associated with the leagues. I also enjoy volunteering weekly at Fairfield Elementary in VA Beach. I volunteer for the Take-Home Reading program and as Editor of the PTA Newsletter. Recently, I received the award for "Volunteer of the Month" for my efforts. Both my husband and I volunteer at Ocean Front festivals such as the Boardwalk Art Show, ECSC & The Neptune Festival.
